Branch Brook Park, Newark
From Garden State Parkway North: Take the Garden State Pkwy North to exit 148. After the toll, go to the 2nd traffic light, Franklin St. Make a right onto Franklin St. and proceed to the 7th traffic light (landmarks: at the 6th light you’ll see a “Burger King” on your left and there’s a bridge between the 6th and 7th lights). Make a right into the park. Soccer field is on the left by the parking area.

From Garden State Parkway South: Take the Garden State Pkwy South to exit 148. From New Jersey Turnpike: Option #1:
Take the NJ Turnpike to exit 15W (Rt 280). Take Rt 280 West to exit 15b (Rt 21 North [Belleville] [the exit is right after the bridge crossing the Passaic River]). Take Rt 21 North to exit 5. Bear right off the exit and continue 2 blocks to the 1st traffic light (Mill St.) Make a left onto Mill St. After the 2nd light you will have entered Branch Brook Park. The road will split about a ¼ mille up; bear to the left. After the 2nd traffic light in the park you’ll see the soccer field on the left by the parking area. Option #2:
Take the NJ Turnpike to exit 15W (Rt 280). Take Rt 280 West to the Garden State Parkway and proceed north bound on the Garden State Parkway. Follow the directions above @ sort #1.
