Thursday June 3, 1999 is a coaches' clinic to be held at the Bubble (Giants Stadium). This clinic is open to all LYSL coaches, select and recreation. The clinic will be from 7pm to 9pm.

Thursday June 9, 1999 is the next regular delegates meeting. It is also our A.G.M. starting time 7:30pm. This is a mandatory meeting. Rules & By-law discussion, Slate of officers, Monies due (fines - fees) last notice. *All clubs must submit the number of teams (boys and girls) they wish to enter in LYSL for 99/2000 so that appropriate number of packages can be ordered from the state, and proposed schedules and flites can be started.

The LYSL tournament ( METRO CUP ) is fast approaching. We can still use volunteers. If you haven't yet submitted their names do so ASAP. If you have additional names submit them also. Remember each club is to supply at least 3 per day as per our bylaws.

Finalizing our journal is underway, All information for our 99/2000 journal, must be in by the June 9 AGM to V.P. Sieger. If no new club information is forthcoming, last year's information will be reprinted as accurate.

At the June 9 AGM all delegates must submit to the secretary, the name, address and phone number of their club president. This is being done in order to facilitate league business.
