Meeting called to order by President Giuliano 8:10pm at the Lyndhurst Polish American Hall. Reading of minutes from previous meeting, no additions, deletions or corrections. All in favor.

Call of roll for delegates: Absent - Montclair and Vistula

President's Report -- Frank introduces that our treasurer, Al Greenough has resigned due to personal reasons. If anyone is interested in being league treasurer call Frank. In the meantime Frank will assume these duties.

Again we have the problem of teams ordering packages and advising they have teams in the league. The schedule is made and the teams drop out. This is in violation of our bylaws and the clubs will be fined accordingly.

The Saturday coaches meeting is on hold pending availability of the 99/00 journal. All will be advised via phone and/or e-mail if meeting is cancelled.

Starting with season of September 2000 all divisions (6 thru 3) will be by year only; there will be no exceptions. The leagues will be U7; U8; U9; U10; this will bring us in line with the rest of the state.

Games Chairman (Boys) Report -- Kevin reports that the schedule that had been posted on our web site was incorrect. A new schedule was distributed noting that North Bergen Boys 3A had dropped after schedule was made. New schedule to be posted on web site.

Games Chairman (Girls) Report -- Ken advised that girls schedule is OK as posted on web site.
