- Referees MUST e-mail the
club delegate of the home team by
Thursday night if you are refereeing at that club's
field on Sunday.
- If a major foul occurs in the penalty area, a
penalty kick is to be awarded. This includes U7 Recreation and all
travel divisions.

OTHER NOTICES:
- U7 Players (born on or after 8/1/2003) may not play travel soccer
- U8 players may not play full-sided soccer (U11 and above)
- U11 teams must have a majority of U11 players
