Team Delegate reports scores via the Web Site (strongly
preferred) or e-mail by 11 PM (or by 11 PM on the day the game is played)
Monday

Games
Chairpersons approve scores submitted via the Web Site, post the results of Games
submitted via e-mail by 11:59 PM.

Games
Chairpersons e-mail Fine notices to clubs (copies to League Treasurer) that did
not properly report scores.
Tuesday
- If
applicable: The dates of games that need to be rescheduled from Sunday are
communicated by the delegates from both teams
to the games chairpersons by 8 PM.
Wednesday
- Games Chairpersons contact referee assignor by 6 PM with any schedule
changes and the make-up schedule for referee assignment in case of
emergencies only.
Thursday
-
Referees contact Delegates for time and field confirmation.

Referee Schedules for weekend games will be posted on the web site
on Thursday night; if no referee is posted Home Team Delegates
must contact the Referee
Assignor.
Friday
-
E-Mail and Web
Site is checked by everyone by 11 PM.
Saturday
- Follow up done
by everyone to insure Sunday's matches are set to go!
